Day 1: Johannesburg to Motlala Conservancy, South Africa

This thrilling 3-Day Kruger Camping Safari in South Africa commences with a morning departure from OR Tambo International Airport. Departing Johannesburg, we traverse the stunning terrains of Mpumalanga’s Highveld and Lowveld, reaching our tented camp in the Motlala Conservancy at 14:00.

After a lunch break, we commence an exhilarating afternoon twilight wildlife drive in an open safari vehicle. We investigate the Moditlo Nature Reserve and the expansive Blue Canyon Conservancy. Blue Canyon Conservancy, characterized by its varied landscape of bushveld plains and riverine regions, provides exceptional opportunities to observe the esteemed Big 5: lions, leopards, elephants, rhinos, and buffaloes, as well as an array of other wildlife species, including cheetahs, hyenas, and giraffes.

As dusk approaches, we enjoy evening drinks in the woods before returning to our safari camp in the Motlala Conservancy. We convene around the boma fire for an entertaining evening, sharing narratives of the day’s exploits in South Africa while partaking in a lovely dinner.

Day 2: Safari in Kruger National Park – South Africa

Today is allocated for an entire day safari in Kruger National Park utilizing open 4×4 safari vehicles.

The second day of our Budget Kruger Safari may proceed in one of two manners: either commencing with an early departure to Kruger National Park, accompanied by a bush breakfast en route and returning subsequently, or starting with breakfast at our camp before departing and returning later. Departure times will be sent the preceding evening, adjusted according to animal behavior to enhance our prospects for game observation.

The full-day Kruger safari in South Africa will last approximately 7 to 8 hours, focusing on the Orpen-Satara region, famous for optimal lion observations. Your guide will navigate this expansive national park, utilizing their expertise to locate wildlife and avian species. They will provide intriguing facts and insights regarding the Kruger bush and its fauna during your exploration. Subsequently, we return to our tented camp in the Motlala Conservancy to unwind and savor another starlit African dinner by the fire.

Day 3: Motlala Conservancy to Johannesburg, South Africa

The exhilarating 3-day Kruger Camping Safari in South Africa concludes following breakfast at the camp in Motlala Conservancy. It is now time to bid farewell and commence our journey back to OR Tambo International Airport. We will arrive in Johannesburg at approximately 17:00 or 18:00.

Although there are no scheduled activities today, optional additional activities are available for pre-booking to enhance your final day of the Budget Kruger Camping Safari.
