Bwindi Impenetrable National Park: Flights to Bwindi Impenetrable national park are usually scheduled for mornings mainly. You will land at either of two major airstrips in the region depending on the sector you’re visiting. The airstrips are Kihihi airstrip located on the northern side of Bwindi impenetrable forest national park near Buhoma and Ruhija sectors, whereas Kisoro Airfield located in Bwindi’s southern gorilla tracking trail-heads at Nkuringo and Rushaga. Flights take about 2 hours from Entebbe Airport or Kajjansi airstrip to either of the two airstrips near Bwindi National Park.

Murchison Falls National Park: This park has three airstrips and these are; Bugungu, Pakuba and Chobe airstrip. Pakuba and Chobe are located inside of the park while Bugungu is located south of the park and is on the outside. Flights take about one and a half hours from Entebbe international airport or Kajjansi airfield to any of these airstrips.

Queen Elizabeth National Park: Queen Elizabeth National Park is a major safari destination in Uganda and is served by Mweya airstrip which is located inside the park, and a flight from Entebbe airport or Kajjansi airstrip takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes to reach Mweya airstrip. Alternatively, one can use the other two airstrips near Queen Elizabeth national park, that is Kasese airstrip and Kihihi airstrip which also take about two hours from Entebbe airport or Kajjansi airfield. 

Kidepo Valley National Park: This park is located in the Nort Eastern part of Uganda and is the farthest from Entebbe international airport. It is served by Apoka airstrip which is located inside the park itself. From the airstrip you will connect to the park headquarters by road. Flights from Entebbe to Apoka airstrip usually take about 2 hours and 30 minutes, and they are schedule on only Wednesday, Friday and Sunday every week.
