Detailed Itinerary:
Day 1: Johannesburg to Kruger National Park, South Africa
Your safari in Kruger National Park commences about 07:00 with a pickup from O.R. Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg. Subsequently, we advance to the collection place in Pretoria, where visitors are gathered around 07:30.
We journey in a luxury bus to Hazyview, a little hamlet adjacent to Kruger, arriving between 11:45 and 12:15. In Hazyview, we visit Perry’s Bridge Trading Post, which includes a deli, restaurant, and boutique shops. Lunch is available at your own expense, or you may replenish your snacks. Your safari driver retrieves you from Perry’s and transports you to Pretoriuskop Rest Camp within Kruger National Park. The journey from Hazyview to our tented camp in Kruger is around one hour.
Upon arrival at the camp, you are greeted by your seasoned guide. Subsequently, to establish the ambiance for your exhilarating Kruger Safari, your certified guide escorts you on a picturesque three-hour twilight game drive. Following your initial adrenaline 4×4 game drive in Kruger National Park, we will return to the enclosed camp within the park. Relax at the campsite and savor dinner and beverages beneath the African night sky or at the camp’s dining facility.

Day 2: Kruger National Park, South Africa
The inaugural morning on safari in Kruger commences with an early coffee or tea before to a whole day of wildlife driving. Your expert guide leads you in pursuit of wildlife and avifauna in an open-sided safari vehicle. We traverse the expansive Kruger National Park for eight to ten hours, observing a variety of wildlife. Remain vigilant for the Big Five of Africa (lion, leopard, rhinoceros, buffalo, and elephant) during your comprehensive game drive. We will undoubtedly observe several reptilian and avian species of the park while pausing at picturesque picnic locations to rest our legs along our journey.
During noon, we halt at one of the adequately provided Kruger rest camps. We will take an extended break for lunch at the camp restaurant or deli (at personal expense). Subsequently, we proceed with our exploration of South Africa’s foremost wildlife park.

Day 3: Kruger National Park to Johannesburg, South Africa
Depart from the tented camp before dawn for the final time on the third morning of your Kruger National Park safari. Your guide will concentrate on locating the animals you were unable to see during the initial two game drives, highlighting fauna, and providing insights into the native trees and the geology of this remarkable area.
Return to the safari camp to savor a leisurely breakfast prior to bidding farewell to your guide, refreshing yourself, and proceeding to Perry’s Bridge Trading Post in Hazyview. The air-conditioned shuttle will retrieve you between 12:15 and 12:30 and transport you back to Johannesburg. Upon returning to Johannesburg, you are deposited at O.R. Tambo International Airport at 18:00, concluding our Kruger safari expedition.

During this Kruger National Park safari, we will reside at the Pretoriuskop Rest Camp. The tented camp functions as a strategic base due to its location within Kruger.
The camp comprises eight safari tents, each equipped with essential furniture such as twin beds, fans, bedside tables, and lamps. These safari tents offer greater spaciousness and comfort compared to the conventional dome tents utilized in camping excursions. The tents are equipped with wooden flooring, electrical outlets, and electric blankets for winter, along with included linen, towels, and bedding. Large windows, equipped with mosquito netting, can be opened to permit the influx of breeze. Each safari tent features a modest, lamp-lit patio equipped with two camping chairs, ideal for stargazing and outdoor relaxation.
This is a genuine, unembellished campsite featuring a spacious lounge-dining tent and an outside fireplace. The common bathrooms, shared with Pretoriuskop Camp Grounds, are maintained daily, along with the safari tents. Visitors may utilize the amenities at Pretoriuskop Rest Camp. These comprise a swimming pool, bar, restaurant, and shop. WiFi is unavailable, however cellular reception is present.
