Day 2: Kruger National Park, South Africa
Today, we embarked on a full-day safari expedition. Guests will be retrieved with their bags at approximately 06:45 am and transported back to the safari lodge in Balule Game Reserve for breakfast. Following breakfast, we embarked on a full-day safari in Kruger National Park in an open safari vehicle. The raised safari vehicle is engineered to optimize wildlife observation chances. The absence of windows on the sides of the game-viewing truck renders it optimal for photography.
A certified safari guide conducts your full-day Kruger Safari. This seasoned game ranger excels at locating wildlife in the African wilderness and recognizing the avian and terrestrial species of Kruger Park. Your guide assists in identifying the wildlife and avian species you observe and provides additional information about them.
The Orpen and Satara regions of Kruger National Park sustain substantial populations of giraffes, zebras, and various antelopes, thereby attracting predators. The Satara region possesses one of the highest densities of lions in Africa. Shortly, you will understand why Kruger is esteemed as one of Africa’s premier wildlife safari locales.
Following a complete day of wildlife observation in Kruger, we proceed to our subsequent overnight safari lodge. An enchanting treehouse camp situated along the Klaserie River within a private reserve.
This evening, we will camp in permanent tents furnished with adequate beds. An advancement beyond fundamental camping. Bedding, soap, and towels are supplied. Your tent is equipped with an electric fan and lighting. In the winter months (about April to October), nights may become cold; therefore, additional blankets and hot water bottles are provided for warmth. Prepare and rejuvenate before savoring a delectable dinner at the exclusive treehouse camp. Unwind and immerse yourself in the African bush environment before retiring to your comfortable tent by the Klaserie River.
