We have a collecting at 07:30 this morning for our travel into Botswana and Chobe National Park. Upon departing the Zimbabwe border, we transition to an open 4×4 safari vehicle and proceed to the Botswana entry gate. During the journey, be ready to pause and stand on a sterilized mat, a measure to avert the introduction of Foot & Mouth illness or any other pathogens into the country. Upon receiving our passport stamps for admission into Botswana, we will proceed to embark on our safari expedition in Chobe National Park.
The safari commences with a river trip into the park, where, in addition to the many waders, we anticipate observing hippos and crocodiles. Chobe hosts numerous herbivores, like as elephants and buffalo, that congregate near the river to drink. Lechwe and puku are frequently observed on the islands, while other antelopes, including kudu, impala, and waterbuck, congregate along the riverbank.

We navigate the waterways of the island-studded Zambezi River for a distance of 15 kilometers, adjacent to the shores of Zambezi National Park.
We navigate the Upper Zambezi at a leisurely speed, observing hippos, buffalo, crocodiles, elephants, kudus, impalas, and various other wildlife along the shores. Canoeing on the river is an excellent method for seeing avian species, including the formidable Martial Eagle, among the more than 50 bird species frequently encountered.
