 Day 1: Arrival in Entebbe and transfer to accommodation

Your romantic adventure begins with your arrival at Entebbe International Airport. You’ll be greeted by the warmth of Uganda, its friendly people, and the lush surroundings. After a long flight, our tour guide will transfer you to your accommodation either in Entebbe or Kampala, where you can relax and unwind, soaking in the excitement of the journey ahead. You will have dinner and overnight at your lodge.

Day 2: Transfer Entebbe – Murchison Falls National Park

Early in the morning after your breakfast, you’ll embark on a scenic drive to Murchison Falls National Park, one of Uganda’s largest and most diverse protected areas. En route the 6-hour drive, you’ll enjoy picturesque landscapes and perhaps even spot some wildlife along the way.
Upon arrival, settle into your lodge and have your lunch overlooking the mighty Nile River as you prepare for an enchanting sunset cruise on the river, savoring champagne as you toast to your love amidst the natural beauty.
In the evening you will be taken back to your lodge for a candlelit dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Murchison Falls National Park – Game Drive and Boat Safari

On day 3, you’ll explore the vast savannah plains of Murchison Falls National Park on a thrilling morning game drive which lasts for about 4 hours. Keep your eyes peeled for iconic African wildlife such as elephants, lions, giraffes, and buffalo roaming freely in their natural habitat.
In the afternoon after your lunch, embark on a boat cruise along the Nile, where you’ll get up close to the thundering Murchison Falls, witnessing the sheer power of nature as the river squeezes through a narrow gorge to create the most powerful waterfall on earth.
After your boat cruise you will return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Transfer Murchison Falls National Park – Kibale Forest National Park

In the morning after your breakfast, you will bid farewell to Murchison Falls as you journey about 4 and a half hours southwards to Kibale Forest National Park, which is renowned for its diverse primate population, including the famous chimpanzees.
Upon arrival, settle into your intimate lodge nestled within the lush forest, have your lunch and spend the afternoon at your leisure.
In the evening you may do stargazing as you enjoy a romantic candlelit dinner at your accommodation.

Day 5: Chimpanzee Trekking and Nature Walk

Wake up to the enchanting sounds of the forest, have your breakfast and embark on an exhilarating chimpanzee trekking adventure. Accompanied by experienced guides, venture deep into the forest in search of our closest relatives (chimpanzees). The trek may take from 2 to 5 hours and as you observe these intelligent creatures in their natural habitat, you’ll feel a profound connection to the natural world. Along the way you may also encounter other wildlife including birds of different species, monkeys as well as baboons.
In the afternoon after having lunch back at your lodge, you may unwind with a leisurely nature walk, exploring the rich biodiversity of the forest and encountering various bird species and smaller primates. You will then return to your lodge for dinner and rest.

Day 6: Transfer Kibale Forest National Park – Queen Elizabeth National Park

After breakfast, depart for Queen Elizabeth National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its stunning landscapes and diverse wildlife. The drive takes about 2 and a half hours, and on the way, stop at the equator for a unique photo opportunity before continuing your journey to the park.

Day 8: Transfer Queen Elizabeth National Park – Bwindi Impenetrable Forest

On day 8, you will get up early and have your breakfast then journey onwards to the misty mountains of Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, home to half of the world’s remaining mountain gorilla population. The drive usually takes about 4 hours to get from Queen Elizabeth National Park to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.
Upon arrival, settle into your secluded lodge nestled amidst the dense forest, have lunch and prepare for an awe-inspiring encounter with these gentle giants. Have the afternoon at your leisure and in the evening have your dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.
